Description
•Job Summary •The Corporate Instructional Designer will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for various teams across the organization. •This role involves supporting the development of instructional materials, facilitating training, and optimizing employee performance through well-crafted learning solutions. •Experience in instructional design at the corporate level, preferably within SaaS organizations and demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders. •All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.
Requirements
•3-5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate learning and development. •Proficiency with design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or other eLearning platforms. •Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. •Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven organization preferred.
