Description
• Create construction documentation for residential and commercial projects • Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and CAD Technicians • Maintain high quality standards and consistency in work • Prepare complex architecture and engineering construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD Architecture and/or REVIT
Requirements
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction techniques • Knowledge of building codes • CAD/BIM drafting skills required • Knowledge of 3D Modeling software is a plus • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign graphic software is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Consistent ability to successfully meet deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
