Description

• YRH Inc. is looking for candidates for a permanent position in the GTA • Responsibilities include RF, cellular, and DAS design; requirements definition and network analysis • Simulations using modeling tools and link budgets for LTE, 5G-NR, and Wi-Fi networks • Drafting specifications and performance estimates, following up on network optimization and quality audits

Requirements

• Electrical or computer engineering degree from a recognized engineering school • Member of Professional Engineers Ontario • 5 to 8 years of experience related to the RF domain • Knowledge with cellular network using technologies LTE, LTE+, 5G-NR, Wi-Fi • Knowledge and experience in the Ontario market (operators and infrastructure present) • Working knowledge of modelling tools such as: InfoVista Planet, Ekahau, IBWave (IBWave level 2 certification an asset) • Participation to telecom projects such as cellular network and DAS design projects • Knowledge of interference issues, Safety Code 6, micro-waves interconnexion or optic fiber • Knowledge of service deployment issues • Planning, design, coordination and project management • Autonomous, responsible, and self-motivated • Good verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to travel around GTA
