β’ Support the sales organization with developing high quality proposals. β’ Respond to RFPs and RFIs by developing high quality proposals and information packages. β’ Partner with subject matter experts and legal in writing and/or verifying details. β’ Generate metric and RFP success rate reporting to senior leadership. β’ Identify innovative ways for improving efficiency of proposal process. β’ Ensure compliance of company process and procedures related to contracts.
β’ Bachelor's degree. β’ Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position. β’ 4-6 years of experience researching and writing RFPs. β’ Experience working with legal documents and terminology. β’ Experience working with RFPIO software. β’ Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning Software such as Salesforce. β’ Experience with software systems and technical language, aptitude.
