Description

• Responsible for creating and managing purchase requisitions in our ERP and ancillary systems. • Ensure that requisitions comply with internal procurement policies and procedures. • Track the approval status and follow up with the appropriate parties to ensure timely approval. • Engage with the senior level procurement team to convert approved requisitions into purchase orders (PO). • Assist in resolving discrepancies between requisitions and purchase orders. • Monitor the status of requisitions in SAP and other ancillary systems from creation through to the delivery of goods or services. • Generate and maintain reports in SAP on requisition activity, open requisitions, or pending approvals as needed. • Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years purchasing experience. • 3 - 5 years of SAP or other ERP purchase order processing experience. • 3 – 5 years experience in purchasing for technology / software industry is preferred. • Certificate of training ERP purchase order processing system is preferred. • Certificate in Business Communications is preferred.
