Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor; provide advice and support to clients. • Support solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer. • Ensure environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity. • Develop trusting relationships with customers. • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents and risk management. • Collaborate with various roles within the organization. • Proactively problem solve and find opportunities for customers. • Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of technical issues.

Requirements

• 5 years' relevant experience as Technical Accountant Manager or similar. • Cloud Hosting expertise with a preference towards AWS knowledge and certifications. • Experience in the medical field preferred. • Above average communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
