Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs. • Own, manage and groom the product backlog. • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. • Understand the needs of battery manufacturers and fleet operators. • Leverage data insights and analytics to inform product decisions. • Maintain clear and concise product documentation and training materials. • Support the launch of new features and products, gathering user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of battery technologies, lifecycle management, or analytics platforms. • Proven experience working in agile development environments. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A proactive approach to identifying problems. • Experience working with external stakeholders is a plus. • Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positively impacted. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus. • German language skills are a plus.
