• Develop a vision and strategy for your product domain • Own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research • Collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals • Be the primary advocate and expert in your area • Communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively to external and internal stakeholders • Connect Engineering, Design, and Product Design to Go-To-Market • Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap • Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points • Work closely with Product Marketing to explain product differentiation to Go-To-Market teams • Use deep product expertise to make decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging
• A BSBA/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in Product Management • 3+ years of experience working on a B2B SaaS product • Experience with AI, ML and GenAI in particular • A desire to dive into complex solutions and work with a highly technical product and customers • Experience partnering with Product Design to build delightful user experiences • Experience working with engineering teams to design and build products in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
