Description

• Responsible for driving marketing activities for Peripheral Vascular therapies in Germany • Manage the marketing plan development and execution for Germany • Consistently and effectively communicates appropriate product, market, clinical, and competitive information to the local sales organization • Coordinates participation in local conferences and events • Leads new product launches and ensures dissemination of the latest scientific data • Establishes strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to promote products • Manages local supply and demand activities and marketing expenses • Supports local tender applications with necessary product and clinical information • Develops competitive and market intelligence in collaboration with sales organization and third parties

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or vocational training in a relevant field • Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience within medical device industry with a proven track record in overachieving commercial targets • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills & excellent business acumen • In depth knowledge & experience working with the German Healthcare system • Extensive experience in building & developing highly engaged & successful teams & individuals • Fluency in German & English • Ability to Travel- Across the region for business meeting & customer engagement events (>50%) • Knowledge of reimbursement systems along with Lean and process experience would be advantageous
