Requirements

• eCommerce Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with CDP systems such as Segment, Exponea, Bloomreach, or Emarsys. • Transactional Campaigns Knowledge: Familiarity with executing transactional campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. • Audience Segmentation Skills: Understanding of audience filtering and segmentation based on customer data (behavior, interests, transactions). • Hands-on Mentality: Eagerness to dive into projects and implement pragmatic solutions quickly. • Agile Methodologies: Exposure to agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) with a desire to deepen your expertise. • Willingness to Learn: Strong motivation to build industry-specific knowledge in the hospitality sector. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions. • Ambition to Grow: Desire to take on more responsibility and develop into a senior product management role.
