Requirements
• Several years of experience in product management or related roles. • Understanding of insurance products; previous experience in an insurtech is a huge plus. • Ability to think strategically and align product decisions with the company's vision. • A strong focus on understanding and meeting user needs. • Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams. • Understanding of technology and development processes to work effectively with engineering teams. • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Ability to lead without authority, influence others, and drive product. • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and iterate on product strategies. • Familiarity with the insurance market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in product development.
