📋 Description
• Manage one or more of Nextracker software products with the goal of aligning the products with Nextracker’s Corporate goals • Assume complete ownership of assigned products by becoming an expert on the product • Engage all the stakeholders in contributing to the product goals • Develop in-depth understanding of our customers to create buyer/user personas • Lead quantitative and qualitative research • Translate customer needs and business goals into product features • Create user stories and work with UX designers on flows and prototypes • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery • Continually track and analyze usage metrics • Stay up to date on market trends, emerging best practices, and competitors
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years serving as a Software Product Manager for software applications, including in the renewable energy industry • Strong background in managing energy infrastructure solutions, comprising hardware and software components • Passion for understanding customer needs and advocating for the customer experience • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
