🎯 Requirements

•Act as the face of the agency for our US-based clients. •Research client account and current status of various initiatives. •Analyze marketing data and prepare analysis for clients. •Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings. •Schedule and lead Zoom calls with clients. •Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients assigned to you. •Coordinate with other teams to resolve client issues quickly. •Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success. •Rely on analytics to determine clients and partners that you should reach out to in order to help them see the best success with their accounts. •Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions. •Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role. •3-8 years experience in a marketing agency or internal marketing role. SEO experience is a major plus. •Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability. •A team player who can has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace. •Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. •Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average. •Individuals who graduate with a major that could be a good fit including Communications, Business Ad, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts degrees.

•The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided. •Hourly compensation is in $USD. •We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills. •Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own. •Target 42.5 billable hours per week. •Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings. •20 days accrued annually for paid vacation time. •5 sick days off annually. •15 days accrued annually for paid Life Leave.
