Description

• Lead innovation, excellence, and scalability of the company’s technology systems; • Support the product owner to build a product roadmap and ensure the delivery of features to schedule; • Effectively manage the engineering team including allocation and overseeing of tasks; • Spearhead DevOps, infrastructure, quality assurance, observability, and related initiatives; • Promote, develop, and educate the engineering team on best practices; • Enforce data privacy and information security policies; • Grow the engineering team through resource forecasting and talent hiring.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and/or certification in cloud computing; • Deep understanding of network and application security, data protection and governance, and information security standards; • Proficiency in software design and application architecture (especially event driven architecture and serverless); • Proven experience building scalable web applications with best practices; • Ability to think far in advance for the development of complex platforms: spotting problems, bottlenecks and being able to thrive in a quick iterative delivery. • Candidates should have strong communication, organization, and management skills.
