• Collaborate with business leaders to identify technology needs and align IT initiatives with strategic business goals. • Oversee IT operations and projects, ensuring they meet business requirements in terms of cost, timelines, and performance. • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between IT and other departments. • Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations. • Develop and manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency and impact. • Oversee the application development team focusing on software applications. • Implement best practices for software development, including agile methodologies, code review processes, and DevOps strategies. • Oversee the development of IT security policies to protect company data and assets. • Direct the infrastructure team to manage risk through regular assessments. • Oversee disaster recovery planning and IT help desk support. • Ensure alignment of all projects with strategic goals through effective project management. • Oversee data governance initiatives for data quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in application development, security, infrastructure, and data management. • Proven experience managing complex IT projects from conception to completion. • Strong understanding of modern application development practices (e.g., microservices, cloud-native architecture, APIs). • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, network security, and compliance regulations. • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments. • Expertise in data governance, data architecture, and analytics platforms. • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
