📋 Description
NexGen Data Systems is seeking an Enterprise Networking Services (ENS) Engineer with experience in troubleshooting security suite solutions related to routing, load balancing, and application delivery • The ENS Engineer will work within a team to make recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation • The engineer will work with on-site personnel and other network specialist to troubleshooting issues • The engineer will be responsible for assisting with maintained connectivity for DHA hospitals and working with internal and external customers on a daily basis • Troubleshooting network security solutions related to routing, load balancing, and application delivery • Working in a team setting making recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation • Resolving issues in a timely manner dealing with a variety of different network devices to include: Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and F5 load balancers
🎯 Requirements
Experience troubleshooting issues with F5 devices • Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls • Cisco and F5 certifications preferred • 8140 compliance (Active Security and OS certifications) • Secret security clearance (at minimum) is required • Must be a team player that can work under pressure with good written and oral communication skills
