Want to be part of a community that focuses on work-life balance, provides competitive salary and fantastic opportunities? • The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is a KPO company experiencing strong dynamic growth and we want you to be part of it! • As the Bookkeeping Team Leader, you will supervise the junior bookkeeping team, manage workflow, and ensure high standards of client service. • Requires strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team. • Responsibilities include: • Leading and managing bookkeepers at The Backroom. • Assigning and prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are met. • Providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to team members. • Conducting regular team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide updates. • Overseeing bookkeeping workflow, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes. • Reviewing and approving work completed by team members before submission to clients or senior management. • Acting as the main point of contact for complex client queries related to bookkeeping. • Ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery to clients. • Building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing accounts to trial balance. • Reconciling bank accounts, processing VAT returns, and managing payroll where required. • Identifying areas for improvement in processes and implementing solutions.
