📋 Description
• NOW HIRING: Real Estate Financial Analyst • We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our client's team, focusing on underwriting new potential real estate deals. • The ideal candidate will support our client's Senior Financial Analyst in evaluating investment opportunities, with a preference for experience in manufactured housing or multi-family housing sectors. • Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, FULLY REMOTE • Key Responsibilities: • Assist in underwriting and evaluating new real estate investment opportunities, with a focus on manufactured housing and multi-family housing deals. • Analyze financial data, property performance, and market trends to assess deal feasibility. • Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity testing. • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with the Senior Financial Analyst to review investment performance metrics and identify potential risks and opportunities. • Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market research, property inspections, and reviewing financial documents.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven work experience in real estate underwriting, preferably with experience in manufactured housing or multi-family housing. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate analysis tools. • Understanding of real estate market dynamics and key financial metrics. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams. • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. • Prior experience in underwriting deals in the manufactured housing sector is highly desirable. • Experience with real estate financial software is a plus.
