The Account Executive will represent the VoApps brand by introducing the DirectDrop Voicemail technology into Call Centers. The primary objective of the Account Executive role is to generate revenue by helping prospective Clients achieve their internal goals by implementing DirectDrop Voicemail. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 2+ years experience in a call center leadership role • 2+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management role • Expertise in blended or outbound contact center metrics and reporting • Exemplary communication skills including but not limited to listening, written, creative, and oral • Experience in public speaking in front of audiences of all sizes • High energy, strong work ethic, and motivation to drive results in a challenging, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment • Ability to self-manage and operate independently while being a team player
