📋 Description
• Assess and manage cybersecurity risks while ensuring compliance with DFARs, NIST 800-171, and CMMC requirements • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture • Support internal audit processes for control validation • Assist the organization in achieving and maintaining CMMC certification • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies • Collaborate with ISSO to support the Authorization and Accreditation of U.S. government systems • Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation • Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices among employees • Implement continuous monitoring programs • Collaborate with Legal and Supply Chain functions to evaluate third-party vendors • Prepare and present compliance reports and findings
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field • Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus • Minimum of 36-60 months of experience in cybersecurity risk and compliance, with a focus on DFARs, NIST 800-171, and CMMC • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (i.e., NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and technologies • Experience with cybersecurity tools for monitoring and compliance tracking • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
