🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Service Cloud Development Experience with strong technical capabilities in Apex, Lightning Web Components • Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and hands-on knowledge on writing custom web services. • Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development standard methodologies. • Proven experience with DevOps best-practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, SFDX, etc. • Observability and Monitoring experience - utilizing tools like Splunk, SignalFX, and other monitoring and logging platforms to assist in incident response and minimizing system downtime. • Salesforce Admin Skills and Familiarity – declarative automation tools. • Experience in delivering software in the Agile Environment. • Maintain Salesforce Development Standards and best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to successfully connect with both business and technical teams. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • A "self-starter" individual who takes an initiative and is highly motivated to work independently, demonstrate proactivity, and achieve goals without constant supervision. • Expected to provide technical troubleshooting and product support daily. • Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews.
