📋 Description
• We are a leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions to healthcare providers. • Seeking an experienced Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. • Lead the design and development of complex data integration solutions for healthcare systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Extensive experience in data integration, specifically within the healthcare domain • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying • Demonstrated expertise with Mirth Connect for interface development and management • Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and protocols, including HL7 and FHIR • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions • Experience with additional integration tools and technologies • In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows and processes • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and practices • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and system
