•Nimble Gravity is a leading data science and digital transformation consultancy. •Looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to improve efficiency of sales processes. •RevOps-focused role, not a direct sales position. •Improve CRM data and ensure follow-ups happen. •Optimize sales workflows and ensure tool integration.
🎯 Requirements
•2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles. •Experience working with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and sales automation tools. •Strong reporting and analytics skills—able to turn data into actionable insights. •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to chase down updates without being reminded. •Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership. •Not afraid to push for accountability when it comes to CRM hygiene and process adherence. •A problem solver who enjoys optimizing workflows and making sales processes more efficient. •English language proficiency C1/C2 required •Experience in a consulting or services-based sales environment. •Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) or SQL for deeper reporting insights. •Basic understanding of demand generation and marketing operations.
