• Source, engage, and hire mission-driven, quality candidates across multiple teams • Maintain close collaboration with the business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs • Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels • Conduct in depth phone screens for overall job/company fit • Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience • Support the recruiting team by sharing tasks, knowledge, and ideas for improvement
• Bachelor's degree • 2-3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup environment and/or agency or high volume sales recruiting background • Startup mindset and ability to hustle to get the job done • Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude • Excellent communication and time management skills • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment, using metrics to guide decision-making • Demonstrated experience managing through significant change/growth and delivering results, as well as staying flexible as priorities shift • A team player, positive "can-do" attitude
