β’ Bachelor's degree β’ 2-3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup environment and/or agency or high volume sales recruiting background β’ Startup mindset and ability to hustle to get the job done β’ Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude β’ Excellent communication and time management skills β’ Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment, using metrics to guide decision-making β’ Demonstrated experience managing through significant change/growth and delivering results, as well as staying flexible as priorities shift β’ A team player, positive "can-do" attitude
