Description

• Application infrastructure deployment. • Updating/improving IaC templates. • Ensuring CI/CD processes. • Repetitive work automation. • Managing user permissions on different services. • Configuration and maintenance of monitoring for all critical services and expenses, both internal and client-facing. • Responding to developer requests, assisting with setting up connections to corporate resources, restoring accesses, etc. • Maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, tools, and processes. • Participating in all the necessary meetings within the company. • Supporting team members in their professional development through mentorship, guidance, and training. • Ensuring the team’s work aligns with the company’s objectives. • Gradually assuming leadership responsibilities such as team management, performance reviews, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with AWS. • Hands-on experience with Azure. • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems. • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker) • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation) • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., BitBucket Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.) • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, Powershell (Azure)). • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). • Basic understanding of the OSI model. • Understanding of networking concepts: Routing, Ports, IP, DNS, TCP, SSH, SSL, VPN. • Experience with relational and no-SQL databases — MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo. • Experience with web servers: Apache, Nginx. • Experience with performance analysis and optimization. • Familiarity with security best practices for CI/CD and cloud environments. • Strong Git knowledge and branching/merging strategies. • Upper-Intermediate level of English. • Clear and concise communication with technical and non-technical teams. • Desire to learn and stay updated with new DevOps trends and tools. • Ability to take initiative and drive improvements in processes or systems.
