Description

• NinjaHoldings is seeking an experienced business analyst to join our Risk & Analytics team. • Responsible for designing, creating, and managing decisions in our rules engine platform. • Manage the implementation of business rules throughout our application funnel for optimal decisions. • Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering on rules engine decisions and testing. • Monitor key funnel metrics, reports, and dashboards for product performance. • Conduct advanced data analytics for trends evaluation and strategy recommendations. • Support underwriting with understanding customer segment rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., math, statistics, finance, economics, engineering, or other quantitative fields) • 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions • 2+ years of experience working with python and SQL for reporting and data analysis in a professional setting • SQL proficiency and experience working with relational databases, query authoring, as well as familiarity with a variety of databases • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment • Ability to work effectively while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, understand the project requirements with minimal guidance, and follow through to completion
