• Schedule meetings and other pertinent events • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and documents. • Follow up communication with members (drivers and business owners) • Ongoing communication with members • Create blast-email campaigns utilizing Mailchimp • Manage tasks/projects using Click-Up • Set up new systems/tools (entering data, updating, reviewing) • Handle special projects in WordPress (editing, formatting, updating) • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or queries.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; perform additional assigned duties • Must have customer service or sales support experience. • Good English language skills are essential for effective communication. • Should be friendly and professional, have the ability to formally communicate in Spanish. • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate notetaking, document preparation, and file management. • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. • Must be reliable, and complete tasks within specified deadlines. • Bilingual (English-Spanish) • Experience with Google Suite and preferably also MS Suite - mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Must have experience with Excel (intermediate level/familiarity with formulas) • Click-Up (nice-to-have)
