â˘Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our sales organization â˘Call prospective customers, qualify leads, and set appointments for the correct sales channel â˘Manage customer interaction and track the sales process â˘Shadow Sr. Account Executives and learn how to demo our products and services â˘Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to nurture and qualify leads. â˘Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities. â˘Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers. â˘Follow the established pre-sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management. â˘Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type. â˘Lead qualification / Sales Development.
â˘Cold-calling experience â˘Ability to overcome rebuttals â˘Ability to meet SDR goals and metrics â˘Fluent English â˘Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills â˘Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly â˘Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a great teammate â˘Familiarity with cloud based software services is a plus
