• Responsible for all onsite service and support needs for customers, IT, and IT business units. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and analyze existing processes. • Design ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and configurations. • Develop and execute test plans. • Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow users. • Develop training materials and documentation. • Actively monitor ServiceNow updates and industry trends. • Perform other related duties as required and assigned. • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with desired culture and values.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of relevant work experience • Significant design experience in Relational Databases, Online Systems, and Web-Based Applications • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
