• Implement and support remote access solutions: Terminal Services, licensing services • Complete system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations • Communicate with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages • Patch Management, DNS, DHCP, Print & File Serving, Terminal Services, AD/Group Policy • Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities • Perform other related duties as required and assigned • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of relevant work experience • Ability to be on-call 24/7 in cases of emergencies • Knowledge of vKernal, vCenter, Horizon View, Convertor, SRM • Knowledge of Wyse, HP Thin Clients • Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2 STD/2012 STD/Enterprise
