🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in claim adjudication with a strong preference for experience in commercial auto and/or transportation • Active adjusters license in home or designated home state • Clear track record of over-achieving targets • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself • Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions and results • Prior experience in a fast paced, high growth environment • Ability to successfully navigate in areas of gray • Strong collaborator with team members based across the country and the world • College degree or equivalent experience
