• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) prospecting in the DACH region, you will play a crucial role in fuelling our growth engine by identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-potential leads that turn into long-term partnerships. • You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to create strong, lasting relationships by effectively conveying the value of Nivoda’s platform. • Your role will be pivotal in transforming curiosity into opportunity and laying the foundation for business growth. • Nivoda is a young and energetic global team headquartered in London with offices across multiple cities worldwide. • We connect buyers and sellers of jewellery on our online platform and facilitate a transparent, efficient, and cost-effective way to operate in the global jewellery industry.

Requirements

• Fluent in German & proficient in English • A passion for high-growth environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow. • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation. • Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market (preferred). • Experience in prospecting in the DACH region (preferred). • Strong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies (preferred). • Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks (preferred). • Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment (preferred).
