β€’ As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) prospecting in the DACH region, you will play a crucial role in fuelling our growth engine by identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-potential leads that turn into long-term partnerships. β€’ You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to create strong, lasting relationships by effectively conveying the value of Nivoda’s platform. β€’ Your role will be pivotal in transforming curiosity into opportunity and laying the foundation for business growth. β€’ Nivoda is a young and energetic global team headquartered in London with offices across multiple cities worldwide. β€’ We connect buyers and sellers of jewellery on our online platform and facilitate a transparent, efficient, and cost-effective way to operate in the global jewellery industry.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in German & proficient in English β€’ A passion for high-growth environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 2+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment. β€’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. β€’ A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation. β€’ Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market (preferred). β€’ Experience in prospecting in the DACH region (preferred). β€’ Strong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies (preferred). β€’ Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks (preferred). β€’ Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment (preferred).
