β’ Fluent in German & proficient in English β’ A passion for high-growth environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β’ 2+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment. β’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. β’ A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow. β’ Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation. β’ Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market (preferred). β’ Experience in prospecting in the DACH region (preferred). β’ Strong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies (preferred). β’ Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks (preferred). β’ Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment (preferred).
