• Has spent the majority of their career working in the software industry • Experience scoping, building, shipping, and maintaining a complex application • Proven deep knowledge about the whole technology stack of a system • History of evolving architecture to support future requirements • Ability to mentor others to accelerate their career-growth • Improves team processes, listening to feedback and guiding the team through changes • Has made impact not only on their whole team but also on other teams and organizations
