📋 Description

• Noah Medical is building the future of medical robotics. • We are seeking a skilled and innovative Trade Show, Events, and Meeting Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts. • You will be responsible for orchestrating a range of events tailored to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our technology. • Organize case observation events to demonstrate practical applications. • Plan and facilitate peer-to-peer events to foster knowledge exchange. • Coordinate VIP visits and facility tours for key leaders. • Lead the planning and execution of trade show participation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, trade show coordination, or marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and trade shows in the medical device sector • Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical terminology, particularly related to robotics and minimally invasive surgery • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and executives • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality event experiences that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite • Willingness to travel domestically 30%-50% of the time to support event activities
