📋 Description
• The Global Events & Marketing Specialist is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating a wide range of events and marketing activities. • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and excellent communication abilities. • The specialist will support event execution, including tradeshows and regional roadshows, by overseeing logistics, budgeting, communication, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • You will help coordinate room blocks, transportation and travel schedules as needed. • In this role, you will be interacting with internal employees, outside vendors, and clients on a regular basis. • Additionally, they will assist with marketing campaigns, provide administrative support, and stay updated on industry trends.
