•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred. •Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on account-based marketing. •Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive demand generation and support key account sales teams. •Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. •Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. •Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and sales enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, Pepperflow). •Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to support event activities.
