📋 Description
• We are seeking a motivated Product & Research Analyst to champion future Noble products and ensure they meet the needs of our growing community. • Maintain current internal analytics dashboards and establish tracking for newly identified KPIs. • Regularly report on metrics to executive team, highlighting user trends and ecosystem insights. • Support Marketing and Product teams on new asset launches by working on go to market plans, product development initiatives, and business development strategies. • Collaborate on key metric spotlights for social media posts and thought leadership pieces. • Collaborate with leadership on regular blog posts to highlight product releases, important upgrades, and new partnerships. • Author thought leadership pieces including blogs, articles, long-form thinkpieces, and more. • Create educational content and tutorials for leveraging Noble’s products, including upcoming product launches. • Conduct market research for future product launches including direct customer research and competitor analysis. • Gather and analyze integrator and user feedback to inform respective roadmaps. • Work with the Sr. Marketing Manager to coordinate community events. • Work closely with teams to ensure technical accuracy in developer-focused resources. • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to developer engagement to improve developer relations strategy. • Engage with developers across Discord, GitHub, and other platforms to gather feedback and foster collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in managing blockchain projects (Cosmos specific projects are a plus) • Experience conducting market analysis in the fintech/cryptocurrency/blockchain space • Deep understanding of traditional finance (TradFi) and how RWA (real world assets) and stablecoins relate to TradFi and DeFi • In-depth understanding of blockchains and the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape, and specifically within the Cosmos Ecosystem • Proven experience in writing content such as blogs, technical tutorials, and documentation • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with minimal supervision, showing initiative in driving engagement
