📋 Description

Senior AI/ML Researcher (Cyber Defense Focus) • Location: Remote Work • Must have an active Secret Security Clearance • Role Summary: • Contribute to the development of transformer-based threat detection systems and adversarial ML defenses for Army networks. • A Key architect of hierarchical reinforcement learning agents implementing Option-Critic frameworks for autonomous cyber operations. • Responsible for maintaining <50ms inference times on tactical edge devices while ensuring PBFT consensus across distributed nodes.

🎯 Requirements

Need to Have: • 5+ years deploying transformer architectures in resource-constrained environments • Proven experience with Byzantine fault-tolerant RL agents (PyTorch/TensorFlow) • Active publication record in IEEE S&P/USENIX-level security conferences • Demonstrated edge deployment of ML models with <50ms inference times Nice to Have: • Army C5ISR program participation • Experience with MIL-STD-882E compliance • Certifications: AWS Machine Learning Specialty • Familiarity with AFSIM threat modeling
