Requirements

• An engineering team lead with 3-5 years of experience • Has previously had at least 8 years of experience being an Engineering IC. • A strong full-stack or backend developer, able to write code and guide your team through challenges • Have a player-coach mentality, able to dive into the code and manage their team • An exceptional project manager who has delivered difficult products on time and within scope. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and familiar with SaaS metrics and modern development practices. • A flexible leader who can wear multiple hats as needed to help the team succeed. • A leader who is comfortable and prefers working on teams where collaboration between design and product is high. • Bonus: Have experience working on monitoring-esque product
