Description

• SoC’s are the heart of the Nokia products, and they play important part of Nokia’s next-generation technologies. • We are looking for an experienced technical leader to strengthen our SoC Architecture and Specification team and lead team of architects and specialists in the world of telecommunications and SoC’s.

Requirements

• You have 20+ years of background from development of wireless/telecom systems. • Your excellent understanding of the SoCs as part of mobile telecommunication system and design flow is crucial to succeed. • You have successfully developed SoCs, IPs, related SW and their architectures for products that have entered to market, with crisp business mindset. • You have good understanding of silicon technology and design opportunities and challenges with different technologies, including preparing, planning and contributing to RFIs and RFQs. • You have experience on working with deep technical experts as well as a large network with external suppliers and vendors. • You have long experience in collaborative work, with excellent communication skills towards peers, senior mgmt. and people below you, in and outside of own organization. • Your coaching and mentoring skills are excellent, with proven examples of success. • We expect pro-activity and independent problem-solving, through own experience and network of experts. • You have will and skill to present both technical and summary content to stakeholder and management audiences, with ability to simplify key messages. • Fluent verbal communication and writing skills in English language are a must. • You have at least MSc in electrical engineering or computer science.
