• The Senior Navigator acts as a primary contact for clinicians applying to jobs. • Responsible for identifying and recommending job matches to candidates. • Sourcing new talent as needed. • Opportunity to innovate from within an industry disruptor. • Role begins as a 90-day trial to demonstrate high impact in connecting clinicians to jobs.
• 5+ years as a healthcare recruiter, ideally for traveling clinicians (RN and/or Allied). • Proven ability to exceed KPIs and goals in a dynamic and adaptable setting. • Demonstrated experience in proactive talent sourcing and strategic candidate placement. • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on balancing company margins, client fulfillment, and candidate satisfaction. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to cater communication style for many audiences appropriately. • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Able to work cross-functionally across departments. • Experience with software tools such as Zendesk, Jira, DialPad, Salesforce, and Looker is a plus. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Base compensation for the first 90 days is between $4,250/month and $5,250/month. • Eligible to receive a commission based on individual performance.
