• Provide advisory and assistance services in the management and strategy of the civilian readiness and talent management program. • Analyze policies and their impact to civilian readiness and talent management initiatives. • Provide planning, execution, and facilitation of the ESC meeting and subordinate forums. • Support Army in defining terms of reference and drafting a charter, as needed. • Provide subject matter expertise in various areas of human capital management, data analysis, and resource management.
• Master’s degree and a minimum of five years performing analytical and evaluation tasks in the areas of civilian human resources strategy, management, development, and operations. • In lieu of a master’s degree, 10 years’ experience is adequate and a bachelor’s degree. • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain). • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting. • Secret Clearance. • U.S Citizenship required.
