Description

• Oversight for all financial accounting and reporting • Revenue, cash, and debt management • Income generation through safe investment of funds • Coordinates and assists with audits • Oversight of TOA’s annual budget process • Evaluation of expenditures • Participation in strategic planning with CEO • Drafting finance-related policies and procedures • Administration of all departmental activities and internal controls • Training of departmental personnel • Complying with grant deliverables • Monitoring loss prevention and safety programs • Ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or public administration from an accredited college or university • Ten (10) years of direct, progressive, responsible financial management experience • Five (5) of which must be in a nonprofit organization • Five (5) years of supervisory experience • CPA preferred
