📋 Description

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, implement, and optimize responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks. • Full-Stack Collaboration: Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and enhance the overall functionality of our platform. • Architectural Design: Lead the architectural decisions of the Core Product Platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. • Code Quality and Best Practices: Advocate for and implement best practices in code structure, design patterns, and testing to maintain high code quality standards. • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and lead by example to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of web applications to ensure fast load times and a seamless user experience. • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of professional experience in software development. • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript. • Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte. • Familiarity with full-stack frameworks like Next.js, Nuxt.js, or SvelteKit. • Experience consuming RESTful, GraphQL, or equivalent APIs for user facing applications. • Solid understanding of software development design patterns and best practices. • Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques for large-scale web applications. • Basic understanding of user experience principles and ability to collaborate with design teams effectively. • Experience with back-end development is a plus. • Strong team player who values diverse perspectives and encourages open dialogue. • Ability to articulate ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Experience leading projects or components of larger projects. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
