• Normalyze is a venture-backed fast growing cybersecurity software company recognized for Data Security Posture Management (DSPM). • Hiring a Customer Success Engineer to support enterprise customers on security software solutions, including implementation. • As a Customer Success Engineer, manage and resolve data security challenges, driving product evolution based on feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles, ideally with a focus on security. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), SaaS applications (M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workday, etc.), data warehouses, or similar technologies. A solid understanding of cloud security best-practices and data security/privacy principles. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You set the standard for professionalism and possess a 'make it happen' mentality.
