Description

• Manage and oversee compliance assurance program • Conduct root cause analysis • Oversee and manage audits and exams program • Update and maintain program documentation • Coordinate audits and reviews • Serve as primary point of contact for outsourced audit functions • Manage and oversee the Compliance Issues Management program • Maintain risk rating and prioritization matrix • Manage third-party, client and internal communications • Actively lead/participate in projects and initiatives • External engagement in industry organizations • Recruit, lead and grow strong talent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • At least 10 years of compliance program experience • Minimum of 8 years in compliance assurance • Minimum of 5 years writing and executing procedures • At least 7 years in audit and reviews management • At least 5 years in payments or equivalent experience • At least 5 years applicability of laws and regulations • At least 3 years managing third parties • Exceptional ability to manage multiple programs • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop others • Ability to analyze and communicate changes in laws • Assurance, including testing and monitoring • Ability to translate compliance requirements into business requirements • Demonstrated attention to detail • Strategic agility • Proven ability to communicate, collaborate and manage relationships • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker and tactical executor • Strong team player • Leadership and judgment to analyze, evaluate, develop and effectuate solutions to complex problems • Certifications (Preferred): CRCM, CPP, Six Sigma • Travel required: Up to 10%
