• Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic communication initiatives that enhance the organization’s brand image. • Involves crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, managing public relations, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels. • Develops and implements a comprehensive multi-channel communications strategy. • Ensures consistency of messaging across all external and internal communication platforms. • Leads and mentors a team of communication professionals. • Develops and executes communications strategies aimed at attracting new members and cultivating long-term relationships with existing ones. • Collaborates with internal teams to create integrated communication strategies and materials. • Leads the development of key messaging and brand positioning for campaigns and initiatives. • Creates customer journey maps to identify touchpoints and optimize the customer experience across all channels. • Designs and manages public relations activities to secure positive media coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of B2C and B2B email marketing in a fast-growth organization. • 7+ years of management experience leading high-functioning teams in the pursuit of company growth goals. • Experience developing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns, along with end-to-end performance analysis and campaign reporting. • Expert understanding of marketing automation principles and experience utilizing relevant tools. • Expertise in customer journey mapping and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Intermediate computer proficiency, including MS Excel and Project Management applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for crafting clear, concise, and compelling messaging. • Ability to develop and implement retention strategies to foster long-term customer loyalty. • Strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to communications measurement and optimization. • Strong working familiarity of automation tools, from design to maintenance. • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends. • Analytical thinking with ability to recognize business needs and drive solutions to address them. • Ability to multitask and work on multiple high-priority projects concurrently. • Aptitude for proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving. • Friendly, professional, and effective communications skills; able to calmly present solutions in challenging situations. • Self-directed accountability and reliability.
