Develop robust Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations tailored to client business objectives and customer experience strategies. β’ Develop scalable analytics frameworks, including solution design reference documentation (SDR), variable mappings, and detailed tracking plans across both Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics platforms. β’ Develop and configure cross-channel tracking and customer journey mapping to ensure seamless insights from acquisition to conversion. β’ Develop the integration and configuration of data collection strategies for both Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions across digital touchpoints. β’ Provide expert guidance and implement Adobe Launch (or other tag management systems) for efficient and scalable tag implementation. β’ Integrate Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Campaign), third-party platforms, and CRM systems. β’ Enable customer data activation, including audience segmentation, personalization, and journey-based attribution modeling, to optimize marketing and customer engagement efforts. β’ Audit and assess existing implementations of both Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to identify and resolve data gaps or inefficiencies. β’ Optimize reporting structures, dashboards, and data flows to enhance decision-making capabilities and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. β’ Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and tracking requirements across both Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. β’ Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and workshops to clients and internal teams on best practices for Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. β’ Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to support the adoption and effective use of both analytics platforms across teams.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (Experience Cloud) β’ Adobe certification in Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics as a developer / architect (required) β’ Expertise in Adobe Analytics Workspace, segmentation, calculated metrics, reporting, and Customer Journey Analytics features, including journey mapping, visualization, and event-based tracking β’ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom tracking and tagging implementations β’ Experience with Adobe Launch (or other tag management systems) for scalable and efficient tag deployment β’ In-depth knowledge of web analytics concepts, data collection strategies, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis β’ Ability to translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and custom reporting frameworks using both Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics β’ Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies, optimizing data flows, and implementing scalable solutions to improve analytics infrastructure β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders β’ Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
