Description

• Manage all RFP/RFQs coming into the company • Assure estimating, contracts, and proposal managers are assigned • Co-lead green teams to account for all risks • Support Sales with proposals and market collateral • Conduct industry research and analysis • Provide input on strategic direction • Develop and support marketing strategies • Foster long-term relationships with core clients • Participate in risk analysis and bid/no-bid decisions • Review RFP requirements to support decisions • Oversee proposal phase for successful delivery • Prepare or review Teaming Agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with responding to a high volume of RFP/RFQs • Superior organizational, follow-up, and detail-oriented skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and exercise good judgment • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload • Ability to work independently, in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365 software suite • Strong understanding of profit and loss on a project level • Ability to understand contracts and deliver projects within boundaries • Proven work ethic
