📋 Description
• Provide documentation support including development and writing of IT documents • Analyze organization’s documents and documentation process • Assist with writing user manuals • Support managers, project managers and software engineers with IT work
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in business administration, communications, computer science or other relevant area of study • 1-2 years of experience as a technical writer (preferred) • Basic knowledge and experience in technical writing (preferred) • 1-2 years of technical editing experience (preferred) • Familiarity with software application development and software lifecycle documentation (preferred)
